Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on MyBundles.store are digital downloads. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Why No Refunds?

Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can. The content has been accessed and consumed, making a refund impractical.

Exceptions

We want every customer to have a great experience. We will consider providing assistance in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download your purchased guide due to a technical error on our end, we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement copy.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same guide twice, contact us immediately and we will issue a credit or refund for the duplicate.
  • Wrong Product: If you can demonstrate you received the wrong product, we will correct it immediately.

Chargebacks
